Pacayal Cooperative
This natural process coffee from the Pacayal Cooperative, one of the smallest in Honduras, outside of Marcala in La Paz is traceable to solely to the household of Edgar Carrillo, the founder of Pacayal. This coffee has a wonderful, traditional profile with notes of lemony citrus, lychee and some baked bread. The fruit profile is there but this isn't a fruit bomb coffee, everything is balanced and there is a nice sweetness in the cup.
